The place was well-run, no complaints, would recommend. Stunning and particularly good location to Colchester zoo, met the needs. Moreover, it was short walk to North Hill in Colchester, town centre and the shops. The 

Double room I stayed at was nicely decorated. It had things I needed, including a work desk, flat-screen television, and a coffeemaker.

I loved staying here, the breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic with good ingredients.

Modern units with fresh towels. Good meals. Fantastic, lovely location in Colchester, close enough to the main Colchester train station, and restaurants, bars. Hard-working and genuinely helpful staff, very quick check in.

The property was clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was great with a lot of reasonably priced food on offer. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and lovely location right by the resturant.

The venue has magnificent and ideal location on a charming hill right next to the town center. And it's nestled in a very well maintained building just off the centre.

We ate in the wonderful restaurant with an excellent chef which was reasonably priced. All of the staff was hard-working and very efficient and attentive to guests. The location was fantastic, the rooms were a nice size and nicely decorated.

Delicious and fantastic breakfast with good ingredients, warm drinks. Double room with toiletries. Magnificent location, just a walking distance from a victorian water tower.

Beds were a little small.

This is a hotel go-to for Colchester! The breakfast is delicious and very very good, includes plenty of meals. The units are a nice size with toiletries. The staff are attentive and friendly attentive and
